Return/Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-days return or exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

For replacements, You need to send the wrong size/shoes first to our address, once received, we will send you the new shoes/size and you have to pay delivery charges.
Note: Replacement process takes 10 to 15 days.
