- Conditions for Refund:
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Used products or those damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
- How to Initiate a Return:
- Request your Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing sales@zapatla.pk.
- Provide a detailed reason for your return and attach pictures or a video supporting your claim.
- Upon approval, you will receive your RA# and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can send the product.
- Important Notes:
To ensure your refund, please use a trackable mail service. We cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages.
Upon receipt of your package, our team will examine the products, and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
A refund receipt will be emailed to the address used during your original purchase.
For replacements, you need to send the wrong size/shoes first to our address, once received, we will send you the new shoes/size and you have to pay delivery charges. Note: Replacement process takes 10 to 15 days.
